Chiropractic as art, science, philosophy.

HISTORY IN ITALY

Italians' interest in Chiropractic began as early as 1924. It turns out that in that year as many as five Italians had enrolled in U.S. colleges to study this new scientific discipline: four at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Iowa, and one at the National College of Chiropractic in Chicago.
We do not know when chiropractors actually began working in Italy, although there is talk of activity before World War II.
The name of one Dr. Pistolesi surfaces almost 100 years after his appearance, and after more than 45 years of A.I.C. activity, Chiropractic is a highly regarded health profession in Italy.
